Leading North of England property and land specialists recognise Chartered Surveyor Louise Stones’ expertise and contribution with senior promotion
H&H Land & Estates have announced the promotion of Chartered Surveyor Louise Stones to Associate, marking the next step in her career and reflecting her growing role supporting rural clients across the region.
Working from the company’s Northallerton and Durham offices, Louise has been with the business for a number of years and is widely recognised for her expertise across a range of rural professional services, having built a strong track record through her continued development within the team. Her promotion reflects her commitment to delivering high-quality advice to clients across the region.
Louise’s work spans a broad range of services, including utility schemes, where she has a particular focus on advising landowners and negotiating compensation claims. She also has extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters, production of professional valuation reports, and the sales and lettings of rural property.
Louise brings valuable practical experience to her role, having graduated from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, and is also a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Commenting on the promotion, Robert Jauneika, Director at H&H Land & Estates, said, “Louise’s promotion to Associate is thoroughly deserved. She has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, alongside a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients.
“Her ability to combine practical farming knowledge with strategic advice makes her an invaluable part of the team. We are committed to supporting progression within the business, and I am confident Louise will continue to play an integral role in both client delivery and the development of our team.”
In her role, Louise supports clients across Yorkshire and the North East with services including farm sales, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, asset appraisals and strategic business advice, working closely with specialist teams across the business where additional expertise is required.
Commenting on her promotion, Louise said, “I’m really pleased to have been promoted to Associate at H&H Land & Estates. Over the past few years I’ve been able to build up my experience across utility work, valuations and landlord and tenant matters, working with a wide range of clients and projects.
“Going forward, I’m particularly keen to continue developing our presence in North Yorkshire. There is a lot happening in the region, and we are seeing a significantly increased number of enquiries and instructions from within the County. With our Northallerton office we’re in a strong position to build on existing relationships and continue growing our client base to support our clients in changing and often challenging times.”
