H&H Land & Estates is integrating its full range of property and land agency services into a new modern hub at the H&H Group’s Borderway complex at Carlisle.
From Monday 2nd September, the North West’s leading independent property and land agency, H&H Land & Estates, will provide its property sales and lettings services, and its full range of land agency and environmental support from a dedicated hub at Borderway on the Rosehill Industrial Estate. The residential and property division will be based alongside the company’s lettings, land agency, and environmental departments, all of which are already based at this site. This supports further business hubs throughout their Northern England footprint.
The move is the latest step forward in the strategic development of H&H Land & Estates into a property services provider fit for a rapidly changing market and an increasingly digital future. In place of the traditional high street estate agency, the H&H Land & Estates Borderway hub will offer property vendors and purchasers in Carlisle and the surrounding areas an innovative service combining the best of personal professionalism and online convenience for those buying, selling, letting, or renting a property.
The move to Borderway will create a fully integrated H&H Group super-hub shared by sister companies including Harrison & Hetherington and H&H Insurance Brokers, The property agency service will continue to be provided by the same experienced team, headed up by Manager Paul Doyle, but the H&H Land & Estates property team will be empowered to take their service and support directly to customers, dovetailing with the company’s estate agency network across the North of England.
Paul Doyle, believes the move to Borderway will take estate agency to a completely new level in Carlisle, just as H&H Land & Estates has already achieved across the region.
“H&H Land & Estates has always moved with the times to reflect the changing needs of our clients, and we’re now making this key transition from the high street to reflect the profound changes in the way our customers want to access our services.
“Online and digital technology is transforming the way people access goods and services today, and it creates the opportunity for us to offer huge advantages in the speed and convenience of selling and buying property. So we’re combining our traditional professional expertise with the latest in technology to make sure we can help every client to sell or rent their property as easily and advantageously as possible.”
As well as H&H Land & Estates agents being able to take their expertise to the client, for those who still prefer to visit the company, the new Borderway location will offer easy access, plentiful parking, and many meeting rooms to meet with clients.
“We can offer personal, face-to-face support in the client’s own property at a time of their choosing, and our agents can provide valuations on the spot and conducting viewings whenever the client needs them. At the same time, new digital technology also means we can offer vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants online processes that dramatically speed up the time-consuming details of buying, selling and letting.”
Online document processing and digital signatures on electronic forms allow paperwork to be completed remotely, which helps to make transactions much faster and easier, but the H&H Land & Estates service will always be fundamentally rooted in people and in the region, says Paul Doyle.
“The quality of our agents and our service to the people who trust us with a major life-changing transaction will always be the cornerstone of our business. H&H Land & Estates has deep roots in Carlisle and our team here has a unique understanding of this city and the surrounding area.
“Over the decades, H&H Land & Estates has helped many thousands of people in Carlisle and north Cumbria to buy and sell their properties successfully. Now we are very excited to be moving ourselves so we can continue to maintain the traditions of our outstanding property service with the cutting edge technology and the resources that our Borderway hub will provide.”
