Experienced Cumbrian Programme Leader, Mark Johnson, has been announced as Managing Director for H&H Land & Estates, one of the North of England’s foremost land and property practitioners.
To steer and navigate the trajectory of ongoing business growth whilst further cementing its position as one of the leading surveying, estates and letting agents in the North of England, H&H Group Plc announce the appointment of Mark Johnson as Managing Director of H&H Land & Estates.
Mark will lead the development, direction, and performance of H&H Land & Estates including building and executing its strategic plan. He will also be responsible for the direct day-to-day running of the business through the motivation and management of the operations team, whilst acting as a figurehead to strengthen the profile of the business and expand opportunities.
Born and bred in Cumbria, Mark, who now lives in Kendal, has a huge passion for the region and its diverse economy. His previous role saw him undertake the role of Head of Strategy and Policy at Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership, where he enriched his expertise and knowledge of the Cumbrian Economy, across all sectors including the rural sphere. Prior to that, Mark held the role of Head of Site for Major Projects at BAE Systems based in Barrow-in-Furness He brings a wealth of experience in programme and project management, capital investment, prioritisation planning, and delivery across all sectors, he has a passion for developing and growing teams building on existing foundations.
During a number of years with BAE Systems Mark achieved an MBA and participated in a global leadership programme. He is additionally chartered through the Association of Project Management.
