To meet growing demand from its property services in the Penrith and Eden Valley area, H&H Land & Estates , has amalgamated its town centre offices.
Following the acquisition of Eden Lettings Management in the Autumn of last year, the company needed to combine their Estate Agency and Lettings offering under one roof, to facilitate the expansion of the business. So after an extensive renovation and refurbishment programme, the company announced that the Penrith office of H&H Land & Estates Property division will now be based at 1a St Andrews View.
With space across three floors, the building has been re-designed to offer room for hot desking for other divisions of the H&H Group, including H&H Land & Estates’ rural division, H&H Insurance Brokers and H&H Auction Rooms.
With a team of five staff, the Penrith office will be managed by recently appointed Sue Jackson, who will be supported by Shirley Thompson, joint founder of ELM, who will head up the lettings division.
Kate Patrick, Head of Estate Agency, commented. “We are all very excited about the move. We have loved working in Devonshire Street, but unfortunately it just doesn’t have enough space. The purchase of Eden Lettings means that we have expanded both our staff and business reach, so the space we work in needs to expand too. We will provide new and existing customers with a broader range of services and further develop our sales and lettings portfolio in the Penrith area.”
With a highly specialised understanding of the property sector, H&H Land & Estates has a reputation as one of the leading independent rural property advisory firms operating across the North of England and the Scottish Borders. They have a well-established client base across their offices, in Carlisle, Kendal, Durham, Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith.
