It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that the Directors and staff at H&H Group have to announce the recent passing of Alasdair Houston MBE, DL, FRAgS of Gretna Green who very sadly lost his long battle with cancer on Monday 21st June.
Many will know Alasdair as he was a successful farmer, pedigree cattle breeder, chairman of Gretna Green Limited and entrepreneur. He had also been one of our best loved Non-Executive Board Directors for over 15 years and his support and advice was always very much appreciated and welcomed, especially when given with a mischievous smile.
Those who met Alasdair would know he was also a true gentleman and will be a friend and colleague whom we will miss dearly.
But most of all our sympathies and thoughts go out to his wife Lucy and their two children, Tara and Rafe, at this difficult time.
