H&H Land & Estates announces the appointment of Anya Caine as Branch Manager of its Cockermouth and Keswick offices.
H&H Land & Estates this month announces that Anya Caine will take on the responsibility of heading up its Cockermouth and Keswick offices as Branch Manager. The company, which is one of the North’s largest independent rural property sales and lettings agencies, are continually looking to solidify their presence across the region and Anya will seek to continue driving performance within her role.
Having grown up in Workington, just five miles from her new position in Cockermouth, Anya has a comprehensive knowledge of the rural property sector across Cumbria and the Lake District. She has been valuing property in the area for over 25 years and, during her career, has developed extensive understanding of the market and its evolving needs. Prior to her appointment, Anya was working for Hunters Estate Agents, a role which she undertook remotely. Now, she’s pleased to be back working from an office where she can share her enthusiasm, commitment, and knowledge with her team. As branch manager, Anya will use her wealth of experience to oversee day to day office activity, and nurture existing relationships to help grow the business.
