FAQs

What happens if I submit a speculative application?
We welcome speculative applications and all CV’s will be considered. We will contact you and advise whether there are any suitable vacancies. If there are no suitable vacancies, we will ask if you are happy for your details to be retained on file and we will contact you again if a suitable vacancy occurs.

What happens if I apply for an advertised role?
We will contact you to let you know whether or not you have been shortlisted for interview. If you have not been shortlisted, we will ask if you are happy for your details to be retained on file and we will contact you again if a suitable vacancy occurs.

Can I apply for more than one advertised vacancy?
If you feel you have the appropriate skills for more than one of our advertised posts, we have no problem with your applying.

Can I apply online?
Yes you can!  With all advertised vacancies there will be the option to apply online.

Do I need to submit an application form?
Our application forms ask for all the required information, so by completing the application form will give us all the information we need. However if you prefer to submit a CV with a covering letter we will still be happy to receive it.

Do I need to work a probationary period?
For the majority of our posts we include a probationary period. This gives time for you as a new employee to familiarise yourself with the role and to be sure that the job is right for you. Similarly it gives time for us as the employer to decide whether you are right for the job.
